International Transfers

StriideAi's core production infrastructure is hosted in the United Kingdom.

Primary hosting is:

Amazon Web Services — London (eu-west-2)

This includes:

• production application;
• database;
• file storage;
• cache;
• backups;
• snapshots.

Some specialist providers operate internationally and may process or allow access to limited personal information outside the UK.

Before relying on a restricted international transfer, StriideAi should:

1. identify the provider and data involved;
2. confirm the processing country;
3. determine the provider's legal role;
4. check whether UK adequacy applies;
5. use the UK IDTA, UK Addendum or another approved safeguard where required;
6. perform any required transfer-risk assessment;
7. document supplementary technical/contractual safeguards;
8. record the decision in the provider register.
