11. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid services may be offered through:
- Apple App Store;

- Stripe;
- other approved payment methods introduced by StriideAi.
Pricing, billing period, renewal and cancellation information will be shown before purchase.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period at the price then shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Credits:
- credits expire 12 months after purchase;
- if a video analysis fails for a reason on our side, the credits used are refunded to your account;
- unused credits are not exchangeable for cash and lapse when an account is closed, except where the law requires a refund.
Where a purchase is made through Apple or Google, the relevant store's billing and refund rules also apply.
StriideAi does not store full payment-card numbers. We keep transaction identifiers, subscription status and payment references where required to run the service and meet legal obligations.
12. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the method you used to purchase (Apple subscription settings, Google Play subscription settings, or StriideAi/Stripe account controls).
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again.
Your 14-day cancellation right (UK/EU consumers): for purchases made directly with us, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you ask us to start providing the service, including using credits, during those 14 days, you agree that we may deduct the value of what you have already used. Purchases through Apple or Google follow their refund processes.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.
